This tracking media is transferred directly through secure digital channels and is never published online, shared with marketing portals, or exposed to unverified local third parties without your explicit, written consent.

3. How Your Operational Data is Used

Your administrative details and project metrics are processed purely to fulfill localized service targets:

  • Verifying site tracking milestones and providing detailed progress briefs.
  • Coordinating with local retail suppliers and transport crews under your direction.
  • Issuing accurate pricing estimates and routing physical invoice receipts.

4. Retention and Storage Safetynet

I retain your site reports, communication histories, and physical invoice scans only as long as necessary to complete your active tracking packages or satisfy regional administrative bookkeeping tasks. Upon formal written request following project completion, all internal site visual files and blueprint documentation can be permanently purged from our active operational storage pools.
