Remototum operates strictly as an independent on-the-ground support, local documentation tracking, and administrative/logistical assistance service. The provider acts solely as a physical proxy, observer, and coordinator for the client.
Important Clarification: Remototum is not a licensed construction contractor, engineering consultant, architect, or financial fiduciary. The provider handles site visibility, reporting, and logistical coordination, but does not execute physical construction, structural design engineering, or direct manual labor.
2. Operational Regions and Boundaries
To guarantee elite responsiveness and continuous quality oversight, physical deployment actions are strictly restricted to the **Jijel wilaya and a surrounding logistical radius of up to 100 kilometers**. Bookings outside this active territorial perimeter are subject to manual evaluation and require explicit written confirmation from the provider before resource mobilization.
3. Financial Terms and Upfront Policies
To allocate dedicated calendar segments, schedule transport infrastructure, and maintain operational deployment readiness, all coordination packages, management blocks, or custom task arrangements require **100% upfront payment** before service activation.
All pricing metrics follow a transparent structural format split purely into fixed administrative management fees and direct local third-party expenses:
- Management Fees: Settled securely via PayPal or digital SEPA Bank Wire Transfers before deployment.
- Local Third-Party Expenses: Any retail supply costs, parts acquisition, municipal registration fees, or specialized cargo moving machinery required for your project are estimated beforehand. They are billed at absolute wholesale cost with zero markups, fully itemized and proven via copies of the original physical invoices.
4. 100% Operation Success Guarantee
We champion total execution transparency. Remototum provides an ironclad **100% Operation Success or Full Refund Guarantee**. If a booked assignment, site tracking checklist, or local coordination deployment cannot be fulfilled due to provider error, scheduling conflicts, or severe logistical network breakdown on the ground, the management fee allocated for that specific unexecuted block will be immediately refunded in full to the client.
5. Limitation of Liability for Local Workers
Because Remototum acts strictly as your independent observation and tracking proxy, the provider is **not liable** for any structural defects, project deadline delays, construction errors, or material mismanagement caused by your local builders, masonry teams, technicians, or independent third-party suppliers.
The provider’s responsibility is explicitly bound to delivering fast, unvarnished field visibility. If worker negligence or blueprint alignment errors are discovered on site, they will be documented immediately via photo and video so you can make informed decisions from afar.
6. Regulatory and Policy Compliance
All logistical and support requests must strictly comply with regional administrative laws. The provider retains the absolute right to immediately decline or pause any task that conflicts with local building codes, involves falsified documentation, or breaches transport regulations under the Algerian Auto-Entrepreneur legal code.
